Free Burnout Journal — A Guided Space for Recovery

An Unlearning Journal for life after corporate burnout — because healing isn’t a performance.

A quick note: I’m still learning to navigate WordPress designs, so this form is a bit simpler than I’d like. Thank you for your patience while I build this space piece by piece—just like the recovery process itself.

Free Burnout Journal

If you’ve left a job (or you’re thinking about it) and the relief you expected hasn’t arrived yet — this is for you.

The Quiet Season is a 35-page guided workbook designed for the “in-between”. It’s for the season where you aren’t in your old life anymore, but the new one hasn’t quite begun, and the uncertainty feels heavier than you expected. This isn’t about “just resting” or forced morning routines; it’s about a conversation with yourself to uncover the beliefs that drove the burnout in the first place.

What we will unlearn together:

  • Naming the Burnout: A no-judgment inventory to recognize the physical and emotional toll, from Sunday night dread to the moment that finally changed things.
  • The Beliefs You’ve Been Carrying: Breaking down the myth that you have to “earn” rest or that your value is tied to your productivity.
  • Unlearning Rest: Moving past the guilt of being “unproductive” and identifying what actually makes you feel genuinely rested.
  • Rediscovering Your Identity: Finding the version of you that existed before the job title, the salary, and the corporate expectations.
  • Building a Life That Fits: Mapping out your actual values and sketching a future that includes the small, specific freedoms you want most.

There is no right order and no deadline. It’s a space to write badly, cross things out, and finally tell yourself the truth.
